Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of horticulture and landscape maintenance services at the Embassy

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of horticulture and landscape maintenance services at the Embassy.

This Invitation to Tender is opened from 9 January 2026 to 13 February 2026 at 1600 hours (Japan time). Prior to the submission of proposal, all interested vendors are invited to attend a mandatory tender briefing at the Embassy on 21 January 2026 at 1030 (Japan time).

All proposals must be submitted to the Embassy before 1600 hours on Friday, 13 February 2026.

The tender schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy’s premises.
