Invitation to Quote – Supply and Delivery of One Sedan for the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the supply and delivery of one sedan for the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo.

This Invitation to Quote is open from 18 September to 15 October 2026 (till 1600hr, Japan time) 

All proposals and quotations must be submitted to the Embassy via email to tokyo_procurement@mfa.sg before 1600hr (Japan time) on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

The quotation schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy’s premises.
