Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of the supply and installation of two new air-con Master Stations in the Embassy.
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of the supply and installation of two new air-con Master Stations in the Embassy.
Interested vendors may obtain a set of the quotation documents from the Embassy via email to the following personnel:

This Invitation to Quote is open from 26 September to 9 October 2025 (till 1600hr, Japan time).
There will be a non-mandatory Site Visit conducted at the Embassy on 30 September 2025 at 10:30hrs. Interested vendors can register your attendance with Admin Assistant Iuchi Risa at 030-3586-9111, or email risa_iuchi@mfa.sg by 1500hr on 29 September 2025.
All proposals and quotations must be submitted to the Embassy via email to tokyo_procurement@mfa.sg before 1600 hours (Japan time) on Thursday, 9 October 2025.
The quotation schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy's premises.
