TYO-2026-09-002: Invitation to Quote - Provision of Refurbishment Works for Staff Apartment in the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of refurbishment works for staff apartment in the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo

Interested vendors may obtain a set of the quotation documents from the Embassy via email to the following personnel:

This Invitation to Quote is open from 29 September to 19 October 2026 (till 1600hr, Japan time).

There will be a non-mandatory Site Visit conducted at the Embassy on 5 October 2026 at 1500hr. Interested vendors can register your attendance with Admin  Assistant Luchi Risa at 030-3586-9111, or email risa_iuchi@mfa.sg by 1500hr on 2 October 2026.

 All proposals and quotations must be submitted to the Embassy via email to tokyo_procurement@mfa.sg before 1600 hours (Japan time) on Monday, 19 October 2026.

The quotation schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy's premises.
