Invitation to Quote - Provision of Refurbishment Works for Staff Apartment and Chancery Compound

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of refurbishment works for staff apartment and chancery compound of the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo

This Invitation to Quote is open from 1 to 16 June 2026 (till 1600hr, Japan time).

There will be a non-mandatory Site Visit conducted at the Embassy on 5 June 2026 at 1030hr. Interested vendors can register your attendance with Admin Assistant Iuchi Risa at 030-3586-9111, or email risa_iuchi@mfa.sg by 1500hr on 4 June 2026.

All proposals and quotations must be submitted to the Embassy via email to tokyo_procurement@mfa.sg before 1600 hours (Japan time) on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

The quotation schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy's premises.
