INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF AUDIT SERVICES FOR AUTHORISED VISA AGENTS APPOINTED BY THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN TOKYO

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the provision of audit services for authorised visa agents appointed by the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo.

Interested vendors may obtain a set of the tender documents from the Embassy via email to Second Secretary (Admin & Consular) Natalie Koh: Natalie_KOH@mfa.gov.sg.

This Invitation to Quote is opened from 12 February 2026 to 24 February 2026 at 1600 hours (Japan time).

All proposals must be submitted to the Embassy before 1600 hours on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

The quotation schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy’s premises.
